You the User hereby recognize and acknowledge:

is SOUNDSPARK
is SOUND SPARK STUDIOS
by JEREMY C. SOUTHGATE.

SoundSpark is a sole proprietorship owned by Administrator Jeremy C. Southgate. Those to whom the SoundSpark Administrator permits license to police and press on behalf of the SoundSpark Administrator are the SoundSpark Administration.

II. SPARK AWARDS™ Recommendation as Service

The SPARK AWARDS™ Service constitutes a valuable recommendation service from SOUNDSPARK to the User for which equitable compensation is owed. A SPARK AWARDS™ recommendation is the at-will-provided Commercial Opinion of SOUNDSPARK only: a SPARK Award may or may not indicate an in-business association, affiliation, or endorsement by the brand or enterprise that Sound Spark Studios recommends. To You, the User: DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE. Sound Spark Studios claims fair use and free expression justifications for all matter presented through the service — to the end that Sound Spark Studios may promote the Progress of Science and of useful Arts throughout the Universe.

III. SPARK AWARDS Policy

This service is subject to and part of the general SOUNDSPARK Master Legal Notice & Terms of Use that may be amended at will, at any time, with or without notice.

As of now, SPARK Awards that are issued are valid from the time of issuance until revoked at the sole discretion of the SOUNDSPARK Administrator JEREMY C. SOUTHGATE. SPARK Awards that have not yet issued are valuable trade secrets. SPARK Awards that are revoked become trade secrets again, because they may be reassessed and potentially re-published. Only published SPARK Awards are valid for public citation. A citation to a SPARK Award that has become invalid due to a SoundSpark administration action creates no liability for the Citator. However, false citations may create a cause of action for the SoundSpark Administration against the false Citator for misrepresentation and misappropriation of SoundSpark etc.

Disclosure of a SoundSpark trade secret or false citation causes irreprable injury to SoundSpark which exceeds all remedies at law. On violation against SoundSpark rights, the SoundSpark Administration shall be entitled to immediate, just injunctive relief.
